Local Malaysia Delivery
We offer free shipping for every order with a min purchase of RM200. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays)
All orders are shipped from our Malaysia office via EasyParcel.
International Delivery
SCENSIA ships to a range of countries worldwide. Unfortunately, there are some countries where we cannot yet ship perfume products – enter your address at checkout to see whether we ship to your country.
Shipping charges are auto-generated by our system according to the location of your delivery address.
International delivery usually takes 6 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. However, parcels may experience customs delays that are beyond our control.
All international airmail parcels will include a tracking number, which you can track on the EasyParcel website. (https://easyparcel.com/my/easytrack)
Returns
My purchased item is damaged.
We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged, please let us look into how we can rectify this for you. Kindly contact our customer service team
at customer@scensiafragrance.com with photos and video of the damaged item(s) from different angle, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us in advance.
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery.
How can I return an order? What should I do if I'm unsatisfied with my fragrance?
We want every SCENSIA customer to be 100% satisfied, so if your perfume doesn’t meet your expectations, simply ship it back to us. If returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, we are happy to offer free returns of full-sized perfume creations (50ml) for our Malaysia customers.
For our international customers, there is no return policy available. However, you may contact customer@scensiafragrance.com for further discussion.
Orders must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note that items you wish to return must be shipped to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items shipped after this period will not be eligible for return.
Only original-sized perfume in 50ml are eligible for exchange. Other products are excluded from our exchange policy, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for those products.
Once we receive your returned items, we will issue you a refund or arrange for a replacement.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my perfume?
If you are unsatisfied with your fragrance creation, we’d be delighted to provide you with a replacement featuring a different combination. Please contact our customer service team at customer@scensiafragrance.com and share the details with us.
We accept product exchanges for online purchases within 7 days from the date of delivery. Perfumes purchased through offline retailers are not eligible for exchange. Please note that only the original 50ml-sized perfume is eligible for exchange.
SCENSIA reserves the right to decline any exchange or return that does not adhere to the policies mentioned above or for any other valid reason.
Please note that during promotional or sale periods, exchanges or refunds will not be available.
I have opted for ‘Buy now, pay later’ but have been charged already, even though I am still waiting for my product to arrive. Why is that?
We are very sorry that you have not received your order yet and we’re sure it will arrive soon. Please check the tracking number in your confirmation email for more details. The payment policy applies from the date of purchase.
What are the costs of returning an item?
The costs of the return depend on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please check with your local post office for the price. Returns in Malaysia are free of charge.
- SCENSIA strongly recommends that every item be returned using registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, SCENSIA cannot be held liable for missing items.
- Please note that international return shipments are at the customer’s own expense.
When do I receive my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the method of payment (bank account, credit card, PayPal account, etc) that was used for the order.
